Robert H. Jackson Center

Robert H. Jackson (1892-1954) was a leading American lawyer, judge and writer of the 20th century. He served as a United States Supreme Court Justice from 1941 until 1954.

During 1945-46, Justice Jackson was the architect of the international trial process and then the chief prosecutor of the surviving Nazi leaders at Nuremberg, Germany. Jackson's work, including his eloquent written and spoken words on matters of enduring principle, is central to U.S. constitutional law and international law to this day.

Help us build on the historic Justice Jackson conference convened by Lawrence Velvel, Dean of Massachusetts School of Law, and start prosecuting high-level American War Criminals.
